Aus North Trading is a vision to harness the excellent soil and pristine waterways of the Northern Territory to produce world-class tropical fruits, seasonal vegetables, and fresh ocean seafood to the world. We provide an opportunity to the local Northern Australian farmers and growers to sell their organic products in the international market.

Leveraging Darwin’s close proximity to the SE Asian market, we have built strong distribution channels that allow us to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables within 36 hours. Thanks to well-connected flights between Darwin and Singapore, we can easily deliver anywhere in the SE Asian market.

Darwin has previously faced challenges in delivering fresh produce internationally due to the lack of cold storage and other distribution facilities. But things changed in 2020, with the commissioning of a cold storage and treatment facility at the Darwin International Airport. Together with a resident freight forwarder, Darwin came into its own as a legitimate export port for airfreight. This allowed Aus North Trading to deliver the pristine NT organic products to your doorsteps in less than 48 hours.

We have commenced domestic and international shipments of agricultural produce in 2021. However, Kevin and Willem (the brains behind Aus North) had been involved in the export trade for many years. Kevin has been exporting live cattle across SE Asia for years now. Whereas Willem, a former Northern Territory Agriculture Minister, is well versed in making connections and striking trade deals.
